1. What is a Group?
A party of 10 or more people (dependent on the event) who get together to join us for great entertainment. Current groups include friends and neighbors, business associates, church members, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, alumni groups, teachers, firefighters, police officers or EMS workers, doctors and nurses, sports fans, and drinking buddies to name a few.


2. Group Savings?
By bringing together a group of your co-workers or friends (or any of the above!) your group will receive special discounts and best available seating for select events including Harlem Globetrotters, EnduroCross, Disney on Ice and more!


3. Advance Notice?
Your group will receive information on shows in advance of the public. This gives your group an opportunity to purchase seats before they go on-sale to the public.

4. How to Book Your Group?
Simply give the Group Sales Department a call for dates, times and pricing for the event you are interested in and our staff will gladly assist you. Not only will they collaborate with you to plan your outing, they will also secure the best seats available, save you money on each ticket, and waive the per-ticket service charge.

5. Personal Service?
Our Group Sales staff has vast experience working with groups like yours and they’ll personally see to it that your visit to the XFINITY Arena is the best that it can be.

6. Additional Amenities?
Treat your group to an extra special evening at the XFINITY Arena in one of our Luxury Suites. Our Luxury Suites include 12 tickets and six parking passes and are fully catered by our exclusive on-site caterer, Spectra Food Services & Hospitality.

7. How to Contact Us?

8. When Should we Arrive for the Show/Event?
You can arrive anytime after doors open. Check the link event page to the general events page.

9. What is the Deadline for Ordering Group Tickets?
Depends on the show, ask for details


10. How do we Pay for our Group Ticket Order?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted. Any cash or in-person payments MUST be scheduled in advance with your Group Sales Representative. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted. Ticket re-prints are subject to a $5 fee per ticket.
